The umbrella company concept
This concept allows a freelance worker (consultant, teacher, service provider, artiste...) to entrust a third-party company (the upbrella company) with billing and administrative management of the missions and services that he wishes to accomplish for a client (company, administration, private individuals) that he found himself.
The service provider negociates with his client a mission paid as fees. The client gets involved (by the mean of a contract moyen d'un contrat, order form, accepted estimate) with the umbrella company (here, Escendo), who emits the bill after agreement of the service provider. The umbrella company employs the service provider during the time of his mission, after establishing a convening.
